ZTE Password Recovery Instructions

| 1 | Install ZTE USB drivers on your PC/Laptop. |
| 2 | Turn on the device and connect it to the PC/Laptop using a USB cable. |
| 3 | Open the ZTE Password Recovery Tool. |
| 4 | Press "1" in the tool and verify that two ports appear in Device Manager. |
| 5 | Press "2" in the tool, enter the COM port of the AT Interface (e.g., 64), and press Enter. The login password will be displayed. |
| 6 | Press "3" in the tool, enter the COM port of the AT Interface again, and press Enter to reset the ports on your device. |
| 7 | Open your device's login page in a web browser and log in using the recovered password. |
